Your goal is similar to that of a professional photographer. It's not so much to show your subject as it is, but instead to show its spirit....what it strives for....what is most important. You'll want to be entertaining and to tell a story. In the case of architectural rendering it should entertain and make the viewer feel good about the building. You should want to experience it in person and to feel better for having seen it.
