Currently the software we use for building the 3d architectural portion of the rendering is Autodesk's Revit. In the past we have used AutoCAD/ Architectural Desktop. That 3d architectural model is linked into 3d Studio Max where materials, lighting, cameras and the more amorphous shapes (trees, people, landscape, etc.) are added. Additional software used includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Archvision's RPC's, Vray and custom programs and routines written (and constantly developed) in house.
